SHOWPENS Very limited number for hire 50p each, MUST BE ORDERED IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ENTRY. Please put number
required on entry sheet stating whether Syrian or Dwarf. No more than 2 Dwarf Hamsters per show pen. Borrower to supply shavings for short hair
Syrians & Dwarfs or wood based cat litter for long hair Syrians. Please remove contents and label before returning at end of show.
ALL HAMSTERS TO HAVE A SMALL AMOUNT OF FRESH FRUIT OR VEGETABLE, A SMALL ANIMAL BISCUIT
IS ALSO PERMITTED. (Applies to main show exhibits)

SALE OF STOCK
10:30am to 4pm only. All stock to be healthy and aged 5 weeks or over. The SELLER must provide boxes for their removal & cards giving date of
birth etc. and the seller’s name/phone number. (please put your name on your boxes) The Sales Manager may refuse to sell stock without giving a
reason. 20% of all sales to be donated to the SHC. No unsold stock to be removed until all stock & monies have been checked.

From South & South East
Leave M4 at J15 & follow directions for Gloucester on the A419.
Continue on this road for 28 miles till you descend a steep hill.
At roundabout at bottom of hill (Air Balloon public house on left) take the first exit left towards Gloucester.
Descend steep hill.
When on dual carriageway stay in nearside lane and follow signs for M5 NORTH & THE MIDLANDS and
join M5 north bound.
Leave M5 at next junction, J11, signposted A40 Gloucester & Cheltenham.
At roundabout take the 3rd exit signed A40 Cheltenham and join A40 dual carriageway.
At the next roundabout take the third exit towards Cheltenham town centre. And pass GCHQ building on left.
At next roundabout take the 1st exit. (Princess Elizabeth Way).
Straight ahead at traffic lights and at large square island (Coronation square) take the 3rd exit (to the right) and
go past the shops.
Continue to the end of this road and turn right at the T junction (Brooklyn Road).
The hall is on the right hand side in approx 200m just past the new houses.
From South West & South Wales
Leave M5 at junction 11 signed A40 Gloucester & Cheltenham.
At roundabout take the 3rd exit signed A40 Cheltenham and join A40 Dual Carriageway.
At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Cheltenham Town centre, and pass G.C.H.Q. building on left.
At next roundabout take the first exit. (Princess Elizabeth Way).
Straight ahead at traffic lights and at large square island (Coronation Square) take the third exit (to the right)
and go past the shops.
Continue to the end of this road and turn right at the T junction (Brooklyn Road).
The hall is on the right hand side in approx. 200m just past the new houses.
From North & Midlands
Approach Cheltenham via M5 Southbound.
Leave M5 Motorway at junction 10 sign posted A4019 Cheltenham.
Follow slip road and join A4019.
Continue on this road going straight ahead at traffic lights.
At roundabout (McDonalds on left & PC World on right) take the 3rd exit.
Continue along this road until you come to a large square island (Coronation Square) with shops in front of you
and take the 1st exit (left) and go along past the shops on right hand side.
Continue to the end of this road and turn right at the T junction (Brooklyn Road).
The hall is on the right hand side in approx. 200m just past the new houses.
